Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the payment date.

  • SEO services already initiated
  • Social media marketing campaigns already launched
  • Paid advertising budgets spent on platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Website development work already completed
  • Consultation fees
  • Monthly retainer services after work has commenced
  • Customized digital marketing strategies or reports

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice via email.

  • Monthly services require at least 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once work has started.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Digital Remark is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
